🌊About the tour
Sedir Island (Kedrai) is famous for its unique sand beach, which was gifted by Mark Antony to Queen Cleopatra in ancient Roman mythology. It is said that the golden sand of the beach was brought from the African coast; Scientific research also shows that the structure of the sand does not belong to the region.
On the island there is a historical Roman Theatre, ancient agora, temple ruins and the unforgettable Cleopatra Beach. Walking on the beach is prohibited — swimming is only possible in the bay; In this way, the 2000-year sand integrity is preserved.
The surrounding Gökova Gulf bays are also included in the route: nature, history and sea together all day with swimming + lunch + sunbathing break.
